The Blue Drum has a bike handle at the top if it. There is also a Clutch in the Bike handle. The clutch wire is connected with the water Tap at the bottom of the drum. This man(Sewadar) only has to press the clutch to refill water for the thirsty. This ensures that the Sewadar doesn't need to bend down every time to pour water. ..
